May 4th In-Person Annual Meeting Additional Event Information
The PA PQC’s annual Celebration and Kickoff Meeting will be held in-person on May 4th at the Harrisburg Hilton from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The meeting will focus on the 2023 theme – "Continuum of Care"

Programming will include:
- A panel about the PA PQC Healthcare Teams’ experiences with the PA PQC training opportunities
- Poster session featuring the PA PQC Healthcare Teams’ QI Initiatives (Poster Specifications)
- Keynote speaker on connecting across the continuum of care
- Regional breakouts to spark collaborations on the April 2023 through March 2024 QI initiatives and prepare for the regional sessions
- Remarks from Secretary Akbar Hossain

There will be plenty of opportunities to network with others from across the State and in the regional breakout sessions. This is an excellent opportunity for all members of PA Healthcare Teams and partners, including those who work to make connections among patients, healthcare teams, and community organizations (e.g., hospital social workers, nurse navigators, and care management professionals).
